We've tried a few different email to customer extensions. This one had everything we needed. From the ability to email an individual customer on their order page or choose to send email to multiple customers from Manage Customers. We also like that we can see an email log for each customer showing all message details. There is also a log that shows emails sent from every customer. Creating email templates is such a time saver and a huge benefit to the CRM side of our business. The developer is easy to communicate with and open to suggestions for improvements regarding extension. Relatively speaking this developer is quick to respond given our vast differences in time zones

We use this extension to display and manage product classification icons / product badges. It's the only extension that we found has this functionality or anything like it. Features images and descriptions are easy to manage. There is an extra tab when editing a product to assign it's features. There are two lines that need to be added to the view and list templates. The developer has been very helpful adding a bespoke import function for less than the price of the extension and he also added the view customisations at the same time. I highly recommend this extension and it's developer if you need to display icons for you product features. Magento 1.9.1 (was not in the release drop down)

I needed a way to document information on my customers as we interact with the customer. Alex customized the extension so it shows how many notes a customer has in the menu choices in the first column so all my Customer Service People know to go look at the notes when dealing with the customer. Know I can have multiple Service People work on multiple customers because the notes are there for every one of my employees to see. I highly recommend this extension. This extension works great and is well thought out. A box for the customer to write notes appears on the checkout page, as well as the view order pages. The notes are easily visible from the admin view order page as well.
