I needed a way to document information on my customers as we interact with the customer. Alex customized the extension so it shows how many notes a customer has in the menu choices in the first column so all my Customer Service People know to go look at the notes when dealing with the customer. Know I can have multiple Service People work on multiple customers because the notes are there for every one of my employees to see. I highly recommend this extension. It paid for itself the first few days we started using it.
